Our Investment Strategy
We focus on high-potential ventures and first understand your funding needs, we offer asset financing and equity investments, based on need. We create a fundraise structure that integrates asset financing to systematically de-risk, before an equity investment(when needed). We do a geography-specific analysis of mobility assets and technologies. We recognise that mobility solutions must be tailored to the unique contextual challenges of different African markets.
Investment Criteria
We're looking for early-stage startups that meet the following criteria:
- Pre-seed to series A
- Raising up to $3m in equity, valuation under $15 million
- Registered in an African country
- Demonstrated market traction or strong proof-of-concept, ideally proven revenue model
- Resilience in the team goes a long way!!
